Over deze coach

I am a NOBCO - EMCC European Senior Practitioner Coach. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate issues of concern, including intercultural relations, gender issues, work/life balance. I help them overcome obstacles on their way to a fulfilling and authentic life. Besides being a coach, I train academic staff in leadership positions. I help them acquire the coaching skills they need to develop, inspire, and guide people in their organization.
Prior to starting on this path, I worked for more than a decade in international management positions in the US and Germany, where I guided individuals to develop and grow in line with their personal and professional aspirations.

To support my clients, I can tap into a variety of methods and tools, which I have refined through years of study and practice as a senior coach and trainer. Psychology is my passion, so I am constantly reading up and taking part in further education. In this academic discovery, I am guided by curiosity and a good dose of skepticism towards what is fashionable and not scientifically grounded. I have taken courses in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), co-active coaching, and voice dialogue.
