As son of two parents who enjoyed life to the fullest – being very engaged in their social environment and spending hours and hours as committee members within all kind of sports and social clubs, it was not surprising that I also love to be around people. People are fascinating and I love to observe behaviours and social activities.

I was born in The Netherlands and was lucky to spend a part of my youth in the UK for 7 years after which we returned to NL. I also lived in Florida having had the opportunity to do a traineeship at Walt Disney World.

My wife is Swedish and we are lucky to have 3 daughters (Sofie, Emma and Lotte). In our family field-hockey, tennis and golf are prime activities together with skiing and fitness.

From our office in Eindhoven, we focus on Leadership Consulting and Executive Search. I enjoy working in both areas because I have the opportunity to build relationships with many different people coming from various backgrounds and geographies.

Being able to play a role in the development and career of ambitious and talented people on a day-to-day basis is a fantastic experience. Making people realize what they can achieve and where their boundaries lie, is what drives me every day.

I do not consider it to be a job – it’s my hobby, my passion – very rewarding.
