Most workplaces are built on assumptions—about how people function, what motivates them, and how teams are supposed to work. Some individuals thrive in that setup. Others don't. I'm a Workplace Dynamics Strategist. My work begins with the mismatch between how work is designed and how real humans operate inside it. I'm not part of the system. I'm the one mapping where it works, where it breaks down, and what that friction means for performance, collaboration, and wellbeing. Sometimes that means coaching. Sometimes it's structural analysis. Sometimes it's translating between people who've stopped hearing each other. It depends. What stays consistent is this: I help people and teams understand what's actually happening—and what they can do with that awareness to make work more sustainable, more functional, and more honest.
After 15 years of operational leadership, high stakes, 25 hour days and burnout, I know how to help others. I have been there and I have the short version of it all.
